Click the NAVIGATION menu link, Reports and a Reports Choice Page will appear (See Figure 45). There are three different reports types from which to choose: 1) Scout Workspace, 2) Suspense Status, and 3) EPR/OPR Stoplight Chart.

7.1 Scout Workspace
Clicking the first radio button “Scout Workspace” will bring you to the reports filter page where you can choose the organizations you wish to report on, dates, open or closed tasks, task types, etc. Click the radio button next to the appropriate organization or click SELECT ALL . Choose the type of report you wish by clicking the appropriate radio buttons and clicking GENERATE REPORT (See Figure 46). Your report appears in table form. You can then make a decision to export the report to Microsoft Word or Excel by clicking the appropriate button (See Figure 47).

If you click the 2nd radio button, “Suspense Status”, you will go to the selection page (same as above). The report, however, will look different in that it contains more details (assignees, status, etc.) (See Figure 48).

If you click on the 3rd radio button, “EPR/OPR Stoplight Chart”, the following type of report will be generated (See Figure 49).

Please note that in all reports, if you click on the link to an individual task in a report, you are accessing the task from a Report page. The Report page cannot determine if you have a role in the task and, therefore, cannot allow you to take any actions from this page. If you have role on any tasks and want to work on it, you must click the My Tasks link on the left-hand Navigation menu and choose the task from your workspace in order to work on it.
